Conditions for Maltese Citizenship Through Naturalization

Procedures and Time Frames

Applications must be submitted using the prescribed forms and the proper fees and documents. Due diligence checks that are thorough are performed, and an application may be rejected if it is found to contain incorrect information or has been omitted.

If you pass the stage-1 due diligence check carried out through the Community Malta Agency are passed then applications for residency permits will be made.
